Luxeed.exe crashes..
If there is theme manager program installed on your computer such as window blinds, Luxeed program does not work.  Please try again after disabling of theme manager program.
 
Or, please change the setup as follow;
Change the look of a particular application /
Add per application setting /
select 'luxeed.exe' /
per application setting /
Total exclusion /
check 'Ignore this application and do not skin it' /
and reboot your computer

What is ColorSkin?  What is MuSkin?
ClorSkin means static color pattern user created.  You can create your own ColorSkins and save it. If you are a user of deTA model or raMa model, you can download ColorSkins others created from this website.
MuSkin means ColorSkin that dances according to music. This function will be supported by Luxeed raMa series. Please note that Luxeed deTA or Luxeed U5 does not support MuSkin function.

How can I register my Luxeed keyboard?
Please follow the instruction below ;
 
① Please find the registration card enclosed with keyboard in the color box. If you have Registration card, go to step ③.
Some cases, Registration card was pasted on page 3 of User's Guide. If you can not find the card at English manual part, please find it at Korean manual part page 3.
 
② Scratch the silver leaf on the card, then you can find Registration Number.
 
③ Fill the Registration Number in the box of "Product Registration" page of www.luxeed.com .
 
④ Find the Product Number (or Serial Number) at the back side of product. Product Number is 5 digits like x-xxxx. If you found it, insert the Serial Number in the box at same web page. Then click "Registration" button.
 
⑤ Now, you completed registration.

How can I download the materials like updated software or firmware?
You need to have your ID at this website, and need to register your product at first.  Then you can download everything. If you have any problem to register your product, please do not hesitate to send email to support@luxeed.com.

Compatible with Mac OS ?
Yes in case of Luxeed U5.  It works with Mac OS X.
No in case of deTA 100 or deTA200 model. it does not work with Mac OS. 

How can I preset P1~P4 keys?

It will be very convenient for you if you preset the P1 -  P4 with your favorite ColorSkins.

 

In case of Luxeed U5 series;

You may save a ColoSkin at any time while the keyboard is in ColorControl mode by selecting which of the Program keys (P1- P4) you want to save it to, and press that key. Any ColorSkin that was previously saved on a Program key will be overwritten by the new ColorSkin. You may save up to 4 ColorSkins.

 

In case of deTA or raMa series;

At first, please create ColorSkins or download ColorSkins from Luxeed Mania page http://luxiium.com/en/bbs/board.php?bo_table=e_experience . Normally ColorSkins will be saved at C:/Program files/luxeed/ColorSkin .

Then go to Luxeed program, select ‘Style’ menu > ‘Set up’ > ‘Open’ of Prg 1 > select the ColorSkin file you want to preset at P1 key. Please try with Prg 2 ~ 4 keys in same manner.  That’s all of programming of P1 ~ P4 keys. 

Then, please confirm by touching the keys of P1 ~ P4 in sequence.  When you push the P1 ~ P4 keys in sequence, ColorSkin you programmed will be displayed on your keyboard.


Some keys do not light up when they are under Spark mode..
Yes, some keys do not light up at Spark mode from the origin. Those keys include Alt, Shift, Windows Button, Ctrl keys.
